About Stephen
STEPHEN M. SULES
Stephen Michael Sules was born on June 27th 1991, the son of Stephen and Lorraine Sules. He was the new youngest brother to John T. Sules and Chelsea M. Sules. Fast forward two years later, Stephen became the elder brother to his younger sister, Zoe M. Sules.
Growing up in a traditional Italian-American home, food was naturally a big part of the Sules family and Stephen’s life. Stephen always took an interest to food as a young child, mostly the eating aspect of it…but later grew into a deeper infatuation and appreciation for the love and passion that goes into creating food, especially for others to enjoy.
Stephen always enjoyed working with his hands. He was always constructing or deconstructing a gadget and was the unofficial IT technician in the Sules Family home. Naturally, Stephen began cooking in his mother Lorraine’s kitchen, and eventually started to get summer jobs in the kitchens of local restaurants and bars where he took his kinesthetic talents to the next level with food.
Stephen learned quickly that he wanted to expand his knowledge of cooking and enrolled into the French Culinary Institute. The family never experienced Stephen so excited in his life to go to school and learn, he finally found his calling and a place where he felt he belonged.
